Core House — Garden Room, Tiny Home, Guest Unit or Micro Office

Core House is the compact version of the line: one module, everything essential, glass at both ends. Where larger units add rooms, this one concentrates the living space into a single volume and does its work through glass — a wrap-around corner window at each end, with the door and services in the middle.

Stand inside and the room opens up in two directions at once. The shell uses the same bevelled construction as the rest of the range: white surfaces with edges and corners angled inward, reading as a formed object rather than a panel box; black frames around glazing and door give the white a hard outline — high contrast, easy to photograph, durable in weather. The layout is a simple four-part elevation: a corner window at one end (labelled with the model name on the glass itself); then the entrance — unit identifier on the wall beside it, and a white door with three visible hinges and a black lever handle; then a panel carrying five recessed angled fins, a textured band that reads as a vent detail; then at the far end, a second corner window mirroring the first. Small square metal feet lift it clear of the ground, level on a prepared pad. Inside everything is finished at the factory.

Core House — Garden Room, Tiny Home, Guest Unit or Micro Office Description

  1. Glass at both ends, not just one wall — corner windows wrap around the ends, so the interior gets daylight from two directions; a compact room with glass at both ends feels larger than its floor area and stays lit all day without artificial light.
  2. Corner glazing wraps the view around — windows turn the corner rather than sitting flat, so the view is visible from more of the room and the glazing shows more landscape from outside; the design move that gives a one-module building an outlook.
  3. A compact volume that does everything — a single room keeps footprint, cost, shipping, and site requirements at the smallest end of the range; for buyers needing one good room rather than several average ones.
  4. Bevelled shell that reads as architecture — angled edges and corners give a designed silhouette from every angle; white surfaces with black framing stay neutral for any setting; doesn’t look like a shed, site hut, or container.
  5. A hinged entry door with a lever handle — proper swinging door, three hinges, lever handle: easy with full hands, straightforward to maintain, familiar to anyone; for a garden room or guest unit, that normality matters more than gadgetry.
  6. Finned panel detail that breaks the wall — five recessed angled fins give a band of texture and shadow, so the white steps instead of running flat; reads as a functional detail; gives the module a second identity point alongside the glazing.
  7. Model identity printed on the building — name on the glass and unit identifier beside the door make the module self-identifying; for a property running several units, or a dealer showing the range, that labelling does the explaining.

Core House — Garden Room, Tiny Home, Guest Unit or Micro Office Applications

  1. Garden rooms and backyard studios — a room at the end of the garden with two glazed ends, light morning and evening; bevelled white shell sits quietly among planting; hinged door opens onto the garden; repositionable as the plot changes.
  2. Tiny homes and compact living units — single volume with a proper door, two corner windows, finished interior; enough for one person or a couple living simply; minimal site works; moved if the owner relocates.
  3. Guest units and annexes — independent guest room with its own entrance and light; visitors come and go without crossing the main house; serves as guest accommodation, study, or rental.
  4. Micro offices and work studios — two glazed ends keep the interior bright through a working day; finned panel gives a background wall for shelving or screens; door closes for calls; compact volume keeps work separate from home.
  5. Resort and campsite single rooms — small units with a strong architectural profile and low footprint, positioned in a row or scattered among trees, each glazed at both ends; labelling keeps units identifiable on site.
  6. Retail and service kiosks — presents well: ticket office, small shop, service point with a glazed end acting as a display window and the door serving from the walkway; bevelled shell lifts it above the standard kiosk look.
  7. Wellness and treatment rooms — daylight from both ends, a proper door for privacy, finished interior needing only equipment; compact plan easy to clean and quiet to work in.
